Job Overview

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented  AM Finisher  to join our additive manufacturing team. You’ll be responsible for finishing high-quality 3D-printed parts to customer specifications using sanding, sealing, bonding, and other post-processing techniques. The right candidate enjoys hands-on work, meets tight deadlines, and takes pride in producing top-quality results.

Responsibilities

  • Review job sheets and follow detailed work instructions
  • Finish and polish parts to required specifications
  • Perform post-processing tasks such as inserting hardware, sealing, bonding, and light painting
  • Use pneumatic tools, handheld grinders, and sanders safely and effectively
  • Prioritize tasks to meet production schedules
  • Communicate any quality or production issues to the supervisor
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
  • Support a positive, team-focused environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior production or manufacturing experience preferred
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with pneumatic tools and sanding equipment
  • Basic computer skills (email, data entry, Microsoft Office)
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and willing to work overtime when needed
  • Ability to wear PPE and follow all safety protocols
