Job Description : As a Concrete Foreman, you will oversee and manage all aspects of concrete construction on the listed project. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. Your leadership and expertise will be crucial in guiding our team to success.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of concrete workers on construction sites.
- Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications.
- Schedule and manage the delivery of materials and equipment.
- Inspect work to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Train and mentor crew members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
