Location : Dallas-Fort Worth Area (Home Office : Carrollton, TX)
Pay : Up to $32.00 / hour (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Bilingual Concrete Labor Foreman to join our client's team. This role is crucial in ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at commercial construction sites.
Job Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Concrete Foreman
Bilingual (English & Spanish) required - must communicate effectively with crews and management
Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
Strong leadership skills with hands-on supervision experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, manage labor, and ensure quality control
Key Job Duties
Supervise and Lead Crews - Oversee and direct concrete laborers, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.
Plan and Coordinate Concrete Work - Schedule and assign tasks, manage workflow, and ensure timely completion of concrete pours, formwork, and finishing.
Ensure Quality Control - Inspect work to maintain structural integrity and compliance with blueprints and industry standards.
Monitor Safety Compliance - Enforce OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and best practices to prevent accidents.
Manage Materials and Equipment - Oversee material deliveries, track inventory, and ensure proper use of tools and concrete machinery.
Communicate with Project Managers & Teams - Provide updates on progress, challenges, and necessary adjustments.
