As a concrete construction estimator, ideal candidate will be responsible for compiling costs to prepare bids for small to mid-sized commercial concrete projects. Candidate must have experience in the following to be considered for the position :

MUST Live in the Kansas City / Kansas City Kansas Metropolitan Area to be considered for the position. This IS NOT a remote position!

Key Responsibilities include :

1. Ability to read and understand blueprints / plans for CONCRETE STRUCTURAL AND FLATWORK. You must know what items to look for on the prints in order to estimate projects for the company.

2. 3+ Years' Experience in Concrete, Structural and Flatwork Construction Estimating Required. Do not apply unless you have this experience!!

3. Collaborate with Management Team

4. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

5. Experience with Microsoft Excel

6. Experience with Onscreen Takeoff

7. Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, Plan Swift a plus

This position is available as a Full-Time or Part-Time Position.
