This role involves driving the truck and trailer, setting up the equipment, operating the pump to deliver concrete, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning.

- Equipment Setup and Breakdown: Set up and secure the pump and related equipment at the ob site, ensuring proper placement and stability.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance checks on the pump truck and related equipment, ensuring optimal performance and identifying any potential issues.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues with the pump and related equipment, and communicate more serious problems to the appropriate personnel for repair.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with site supervisors, other crew members, and clients regarding project progress and any potential issues.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring the pump and related equipment are cleaned and maintained after each job.
- Driving: Safely drive the concrete pump truck to and from various job sites, adhering to traffic laws and company policies.
- Customer Relations: Represent the company in a professional and responsible manner when interacting with clients.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License: Possess a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (Class A, B or C.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Have a good understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
- Physical Stamina: Be able to lift and maneuver heavy equipment system piping and material, and be able to work in various weather conditions.
- Communication Skills: A concrete line pump operator is a skilled construction worker who operates and maintains concrete pumping equipment, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of concrete to various job sites. This role involves driving the concrete pump truck, setting up the equipment, operating the pump to deliver concrete, and performing routine maintenance and cleaning.
- Safety Awareness: Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
- Flexibility: Be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime and last minute schedule changes.
