Concrete Foremen / Superintendent - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience required

Lawson Construction Company, a heavy civil, 35-year concrete construction company, is looking for experienced Concrete Foremen to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be able to successfully lead and manage a crew of concrete laborers, form setters, and / or finishers for high-quality curb & gutter and concrete paving work. The candidate should have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. The candidate should be able to interview in person at our Longmont, Colorado office.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Read and follow plans
• Effectively perform daily paperwork functions
• Effectively monitor and achieve fundamental cost, production, and quality objectives
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with established safety guidelines
• Perform daily pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, customers, and vendors
• Consistently display a focused and supportive approach toward management
