Note : The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities :

Forming (sidewalks, entries, ped ramps, steps, etc.)

Pouring concrete

Finishing concrete

All aspects of labor

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

Must have at least 5 years experience

Must have reliable transportation

Experience in set-up and finishing of all aspects of concrete work

Knowledge of all concrete finishing tools

Must be able to handle physical labor for construction (kneeling, bending, lifting, involvement in pour, wheelbarrows, lift without restriction and shoveling)

Must be organized and complete work in to meet deadlines

Strong communication skills -Ability to take direction well

Must be reliable and punctual daily

Applicants with a Class A or B Commercial Driver License and experience operating various equipment, including a skid loader, is preferred but not necessary

OSHA Certification is a plus
