Responsibilities :

HealthEdge Configuration :

Lead the configuration and customization of the HealthEdge platform to align with business requirements and industry best practices.

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand configuration requirements.

Subject Matter Expertise :

Serve as the primary subject matter expert for HealthEdge configuration, staying current with platform updates, features, and industry trends.

Provide guidance and training to team members on HealthEdge configuration best practices.

Requirements Analysis :

Analyze and interpret business requirements to define and document configuration specifications.

Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure the effective translation of business needs into HealthEdge configurations.

Quality Assurance :

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of HealthEdge configurations to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans and execute testing activities.

Documentation :

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HealthEdge configurations, including configuration guides, release notes, and change logs.

Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Technical Leadership :

Provide technical leadership and support to the configuration team, offering guidance on complex configuration issues and challenges.

Collaborate with the IT leadership to define and implement best practices for HealthEdge configuration management.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.

Proven experience as a HealthEdge Configuration SME or similar role in a healthcare setting.

In-depth knowledge of HealthEdge configuration tools and methodologies.

Strong understanding of healthcare business processes and workflows.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred :

HealthEdge certification or relevant certifications in healthcare IT.

Experience with other healthcare information systems and interoperability standards.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory requirements.

Project management skills and experience leading configuration projects.
