  • Review project drawings, specifications, scope documents, installation details, and delivery plans to guide field execution
  • Track project milestones, identify schedule deviations, and implement corrective actions to maintain project timelines
  • Coordinate inspections with local authorities, third-party inspectors, and internal quality teams to support timely approvals and turnover
  • Communicate progress, risks, constraints, and solutions to Project Managers, manufacturing leadership, and key stakeholders
  • Complete and review daily reports, labor records, production updates, safety observations, quality concerns, and cost impacts
  • Support financial tracking, forecasting, and change management through project management systems
  • Conduct weekly pre-planning to align labor, materials, equipment, module deliveries, inspections, and upcoming work activities
  • Enforce job site safety standards, conduct safety audits, and ensure compliancewith OSHA and company policies
  • Maintain clean, organized, safe, and efficient work areas across the project site

  • Experience coordinating construction activities across multiple work zones, buildings, or active locations on a project site
  • Strong understanding of modular building installation, construction sequencing, site logistics, material staging, and field coordination
  • Ability to coordinate between off-site manufacturing operations and on-site construction execution
  • Ability to read, interpret, and redline construction drawings, schedules, specifications, installation plans, and scope documents
  • Working knowledge of building codes, inspection requirements, quality standards, and construction best practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Bluebeam, Adobe, and construction management software
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with Project Managers, manufacturing teams, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and field crews
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work at heights as needed, and remain on foot for extended periods
  • OSHA 10 certification preferred; OSHA 30 and additional safety certifications are a plus

Work Experience
