Job Details
Qualifications :
- 15-25 years of professional experience in construction contract administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- CSI Certified Construction Contract Administrator (preferred)
- Familiar with Revit, CAD, and Bluebeam (preferred)
- Must be available to travel throughout Central to Eastern North Carolina and SE Virginia
- Physically able to meet demands of active construction sites
