A well-established and reputable Commercial General Contractor has an immediate need for a proven Estimator / Preconstruction Manager to join their organization. This is a great opportunity to work with a stable company that has been in business for over half a century providing General Contracting, Construction Management and Design / Build services for select clients. They specialize in ground-up construction and renovations in various market sectors and have a very adcanced Preconstruction Department. Projects are typically in the $5-70 million range. This is not for a contract hire, but a long-term career as they have an extensive backlog of upcoming projects.

Estimator Duties :

• Responsible for bid day preparation
• Preconstruction communications
• Bid documents such as plans and specifications
• Maintaining job folder organization
• Conceptual budgets / project costs based on quantity surveys with senior staff
