The Systems Administrator, on behalf of our client , will serve as the technical expert for various systems, including Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, Zoom, ZoomInfo, and ConnectAndSell, ensuring smooth operation, optimal performance, and efficient release management. This role is crucial for maintaining system reliability, resolving technical issues, and supporting the organization's technology infrastructure to enhance retirement plan services for small and mid-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of assigned systems, including architecture, functionality, and user workflows.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve system outages promptly, ensuring timely communication with stakeholders.
- Implement and manage release management protocols for development or configuration changes.
- Oversee user permissions and system governance to maintain security and operational standards.
- Continuously optimize system configuration for improved performance and user experience.
- Facilitate vendor release management processes, including testing and stakeholder communication.
- Develop technical guides for common support issues and handle escalated or complex requests.
- Monitor systems to identify and address inefficiencies or issues proactively.
- Assist with vendor relationship management as needed.
- Lead or support technology projects and mentor other technologists on assigned systems.
