Job descriptionGain a comprehensive understanding of the entire project scope, including plans, specifications, logistics, materials, equipment, submittals, and other requirements. Coordinate subcontractors and manage on-site production activities. Prepare and maintain a three-week look-ahead schedule for all job site activities, and submit it weekly to the Project Manager and / or Prime Contractor. Implement and facilitate the company's safety program, including job site safety inspections and weekly safety meetings. Maintain daily reports and submit them to the Project Manager and / or Prime Contractor. Review and strictly adhere to the project schedule. Document and maintain project photos for all phases and features of the work. Ensure the entire job site is kept neat and orderly, employing good housekeeping practices in all areas. Oversee quality control by verifying that all installed equipment and materials match the subcontractor submissions. Over 4 years of experience in Construction Project Management. Essential experience with public projects. Proficient knowledge of skilled trades, including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical systems. Strong understanding of construction technology and details, with a high level of proficiency in reviewing and comprehending all construction documents, including specifications and drawings. Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients. Competitive Base Salary : $85,000 - $100,000, based on experience. Bonus Structure : Project / profit-based, typically between $8,000 and $15,000 in the first year.
