Position : Construction Coordinator What does a Construction Coordinator with Paul Davis do?

• Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
• Oversees our Construction Team administrative operations
• Manages Construction Team customer call intake and schedules customer inspections
• Communicates construction schedules / progress / status with customers and insurance adjusters on a regular basis
• Monitors and manages all communication channels to assure that our team stays on top of all incoming communication and requests
• Assures that all construction project documentation is complete and uploaded to the proper systems
• Helps drive the project closeout process and assists our accounting department with collections as needed
• Problem solves and helps people find solutions
• Improves the community by serving others
• Learns new things about construction and building homes
• Has fun and is part of a growing business
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
