- Fields calls from customers and team members and builds rapport
- Oversees our Construction Team administrative operations
- Manages Construction Team customer call intake and schedules customer inspections
- Communicates construction schedules / progress / status with customers and insurance adjusters on a regular basis
- Monitors and manages all communication channels to assure that our team stays on top of all incoming communication and requests
- Assures that all construction project documentation is complete and uploaded to the proper systems
- Helps drive the project closeout process and assists our accounting department with collections as needed
- Problem solves and helps people find solutions
- Improves the community by serving others
- Learns new things about construction and building homes
- Has fun and is part of a growing business
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations utilizing internal office systems
