Construction Field Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable Construction Coordinator to facilitate smoother execution of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage multiple project elements, ensuring all aspects of our buildings are completed on time and within budget. A keen eye for detail and a passion for facilitating teamwork and effective communication within the project life cycle are crucial. Responsible for the day-to-day onsite operations watching over construction activities for projects. Responsible for the onsite supervision of employees and contractors. Ensures that safety, environmental, quality and company standards are met and adhered to for the duration of a project. Responsible for scheduling and overseeing subcontractor crews. Verifies proper installation of all equipment. Coordinates delivery of equipment to location with direct supervisor. Produces, maintains, and assists with schedule tracking start dates, complete dates, and up to date costs. Documents and reports are all near-misses and observations. Attends assigned weekly construction meetings, safety meetings, and all training required by the company. Reviews, validates, and maintains invoices, timesheets, and daily reports, progress reports for accuracy and submittal. Purchase and monitor tools and materials inventory. Required Skills : Construction experience, preferred. Minimum of 2 - 4-year college degree, preferred. Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Requires heavy physical activity and exposure to outside weather conditions. Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
