Job Description

Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent - OSHPD Construction in Los Angeles

• Manage all aspects of OSHPD construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Oversee daily construction activities and enforce safety and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules and reports.
