We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team ! This role will be responsible for managing rigging, equipment installation and erection projects in the Industrial Market Segment . With the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis, the Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the direction and performance of all aspects of the project with the support of the project team.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Consults with client to determine functional and technical requirements of the scope of work and prepares estimates regarding labor, materials, equipment, estimated costs and construction time
• Responsible for projects from estimating through closeout
• Manages on-site construction activities ensuring the project is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervises on-site staff, subcontractors and suppliers
• Act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, construction team and subcontractors, facilitating clear and effective communication
• Effectively issues change orders to clients in a timely manner and follows through with all necessary paperwork, invoicing and accounts receivable collections.
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, quality specifications, and other regulations
• Provide safety leadership at all stages of the project from concept and design through construction and installation
• Some travel required
