Responsible for teaching apprentices.
Manage daily labor and productivity while giving clear objectives and timelines
Adhere and enforce safety policy and immediately correct any non-compliance
Effectively listen to employee concerns and guide them towards resolutions
Immediately report all work-related injuries and complete required report
Complete daily paperwork in an accurately and timely manner
Ability to safely operate a company vehicle during work hours
Inventory and track all product delivered to job site and be aware of all materials on site at all times.
Monitor and track all material on backorder.
Responsible for mark-out / layout of all systems and product as indicated in the contract documents and as indicated on coordination drawings provided by the office.
Responsible for all on-site project documentation (Time Sheets, Daily Logs, Weekly Safety, Test Reports, Pictures, Etc.)
Fabricate and assemble metal structures based on blueprints and specifications
Operate various tools and machinery such as forklift, Cleat formers, Bar Folders, Shears, Roll Former, Band Saw, Rotary Machine, Flangers, notchers etc, Welders etc
Install, Alter, Fabrication, and Repair Sheet Metal Products, Equipment Ducts, and Hoods for HVAC Systems
Perform stick welding and other welding techniques to join metal components
Be able to lead and manage the job with dedicated to moderate support from project management team
