Position Overiew :

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking construction supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone experienced in the home building industry to work in a positive, value-driven environment where one can make a difference and is appreciated. Prior experience in the construction industry is required.

KEY Responsibilities :

• Manage the building process from start to finish ensuring on-time delivery and on budget project while meeting quality standards and exceeding customer expectations.
• Scheduling and creating work orders for each house
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, subordinates and customers
• Manage and collaborate with other employees promoting a positive team environment.
• Follow safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements :

Education : High school diploma required. 2 years construction-based classes preferred.

Experience : 2+ years residential construction work or maintenance required.

Must pass background and criminal check.
