A company is looking for a Construction Draw Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and determine appropriate draw disbursement on holdback construction loans by reviewing related documentation and inspection photos
Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and applicable laws
Coordinate communications with all parties involved in the draw process, including borrowers and contractors
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in client coordination, workflow management, or documentation review
Experience in the construction industry, funds control, real estate / mortgage, or loan servicing preferred
General knowledge of the residential construction process and related terminology
Excellent computing skills, including experience with MS Excel and database platforms like Salesforce or Oracle
