Disaster Kleenup is seeking an individual who has a great attitude, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and is tech-savvy enough to manage reports, timecards, and job tracking software. As a Construction Supervisor / Foreman, you'll be on the front lines managing crews, coordinating logistics, and ensuring top-notch quality on restoration and rebuild projects. You'll play a key role in restoring structures and supporting families and businesses during some of their most critical moments.
Key responsibilities include : overseeing all on-site construction activities from start to finish, managing and leading skilled labor teams and subcontractors, ensuring safety and code compliance on every job site (OSHA), coordinating equipment, materials, and inspections, reading and executing from blueprints and scopes of work, maintaining daily reports, timesheets, and field documentation, communicating with clients, project managers, and insurance reps, and problem-solving and adapting in real-time to changing site conditions.
What you bring includes : 3+ years in a supervisory or foreman role (restoration experience a big plus), excellent communication and leadership skills, strong understanding of construction methods, safety practices, and blueprint reading, comfortable using smartphones, apps, and digital reporting tools, valid driver's license with a clean record (company vehicle may be provided), OSHA 10 or 30, and IICRC certifications are highly preferred, and bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
