divh2Construction Scheduler/h2pInsight Global is seeking a construction scheduler to support a large, utility scale renewable energy EPC organization. This is a fully remote role supporting multiple large scale projects across the U.S. Responsibilities include:/pulliSupport multiple project teams across the full construction lifecycle, including preconstruction, active construction, and project closeout/liliDevelop, maintain, and update Level 3 / Level 4 schedules for large scale EPC renewable energy projects (typically $50M$100M+, utility scale preferred)/liliUse Oracle Primavera P6 to create baseline schedules, manage logic, track progress, perform updates, and analyze impacts/liliManage detailed schedules with 5,000+ activities, ensuring accurate sequencing and logic/liliEventually, perform resource loading and support schedule driven forecasting/liliIdentify schedule risks, delays, and constraints, and propose mitigation strategies/liliCollaborate cross functionally with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams/liliParticipate in regular coordination and progress meetings with project stakeholders/liliMentor and support project teams and junior schedulers on scheduling best practices, tools, and processes/liliPrepare schedule reports, look ahead schedules, and executive level updates/liliComfortable traveling to job sites across the US (roughly once a quarter)/li/ulpWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
