Position : Sales Consultant - Project Consultant
Primary Tasks and Responsibilities :
Our Sales Consultants, or Project Consultants, play a pivotal role in our operations. You'll work directly with homeowners and insurance companies, assessing property damage, scoping repairs, and providing accurate bids and estimates. Your mission is to make sure each project meets the homeowner's satisfaction and facilitate timely payment collection.
Responsibilities :
You can use your ability to canvass and set up appointments effectively.
Leverage provided technology to create a comprehensive scope of loss or inspection reports.
Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.
Ensure project quality and progress by being present during production, adhering to the homeowner's satisfaction and project scope.
Education and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience with insurance or construction? No problem! We're seeking individuals with a thirst for learning, persuasive ability, and a drive for excellence. Comprehensive training and tools will be provided for your success.
Key Competencies :
Self-starter with a drive toward success and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in effective presentation skills.
Must possess a friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
Other Requirements :
Flexibility to accommodate some evenings and weekend hours based on business needs.
Willingness to travel or relocate as necessary.
Reliable transportation is a must.
Ability to carry, set up, and climb ladders and safely walk roofs for inspections.
Compensation :
Enjoy weekly pay with starting rates dependent upon previous experience.
Commission-based structure with additional benefits, including medical, dental, and disability insurance after 60 days as a full-time employee.
Our 401(k) program is eligible after 90 days as a full-time employee.
