Construction laborer Jobs in Fairfield, CA

We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Construction Laborer. The Construction Laborer will perform and assist with various construction tasks to support and ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Job Site Preparation : Assist in preparing job sites with light demolition and debris removal.
• Material Handling : Load, transport, and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
• Basic Construction Tasks : Ability to read measurements, basic knowledge of both hand and power tools, assisting with the installation of building components (installing baseboards and hardware).
• Job Site Clean-Up : Maintain a clean and organized work environment by cleaning up debris and disposing of waste materials.
• Safety Compliance : Ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members by following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Team Collaboration : Follow instructions from supervisors to complete required tasks. Effectively communicate and collaborate with other team members to move projects forward.

Requirements :

Pay & Benefits : Pay Rate : Starts at $22+ / hour based on experience, with possibility of overtime pay

Benefits : Health insurance Compensation : $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
