Job Title : Construction Superintendent
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee upcoming projects across the Charlotte Metro and Fort Mill, SC areas. This role requires commercial general contracting experience, with a focus on projects such as hotels, ground-up Valvoline oil changes, and various light commercial jobs throughout the Carolinas.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractor activities, including drywall, concrete, cabinetry, and flooring.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site, in compliance with OSHA 30 standards.
- Utilize Procore software for project management and documentation.
- Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution.
- Provide mentorship and training to project teams, fostering a culture of learning and growth.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.50 - $43.50 / hr.
