Access Limited is an industry leader in designing and installing rockfall protection, slope stabilization systems, and performing difficult access drilling throughout the United States.
We are seeking an accomplished Project Manager to join our team for Western US projects . As a Project Manager, you'll play an integral role in the entirety of the construction management process including safety, quality, production, and project budget oversight. The position works closely with construction engineering, frontline crews, and regional service delivery team to successfully support the Access Limited Construction businesses through executing projects safely, on time, on budget, and in accordance with contract requirements.
This position will be remote work only from the following US States :
WA, OR, CA, NV, ID, UT, MT, WY, AZ, CO,NM
Travel is expected up to 40% in Western US
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Conduct site inspections and ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations and building codes
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors
- Review and approve design and construction documents, ensuring that they meet project specifications and requirements
- Communicate project progress to senior management and other stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process
- Ensure that projects are completed to the highest quality standards and in compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications
Salary range : $70,000 - $95,000 per year, plus 7.5% bonus target, and the opportunity to participate in our company ownership program.
