Job Title : Construction Accountant

Primary Responsibilities

• Utilize accounting software to record, store, and analyze information.
• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties.
• Support implementation and enhancements of job cost accounting system.
• Participate in project budgeting and forecasting discussions and maintain required budget and forecast documentation.
• Prepare percentage of completion calculations.
• Process, code, and enter invoices and subcontract requests for payment.
• Prepare client billings and assist with the collection of accounts receivable.
• Track all project's costs from invoice to payment (process, code, and enter invoices, purchase orders, work orders, and subcontractor requests for payments).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $50.48 / hr.
