What You’ll Do
As our Estimator, you’ll play a key role in winning the work that fuels our growth. You will :
- Manage the entire bid process from start to finish
- Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Build scope sheets, perform subcontractor leveling , and identify gaps or risks
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure complete, competitive proposals
- Assemble the full bid package for ownership review
- Present clear breakdowns, alternates, clarifications, and scope comparisons
- Maintain organized bid documents and project data
- Support preconstruction planning and turnover once projects are awarded
