Join our amazing team for our available Spring / Summer internship program. You will have the opportunity to gain experience in the field as well as the office. The opportunity to be mentored by our team of seasoned Estimators, Project Managers, Superintendents and Directors will be an amazing experience to enhance your knowledge in the field, and in the classroom.

We are currently offering three separate intern positions for this upcoming 2026 summer. They will focus in 3 major areas :

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. You will need to be open to learning, disciplined and systems driven, detail oriented, and have a genuine interest in helping team members with a positive and pro-active attitude. Strong interest in Commercial construction, and comfortable meeting people. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required. Although each internship will focus primarily on one of the 3 areas above, we look for our interns to be eager to learn more about the tasks listed below.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND / OR EXPERIENCE :

EDUCATION : Working at completing your Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or closely related field.

PAY RATE : $20.00 hourly

EXPERIENCE : Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.

COMPUTER SKILLS : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of computers, including e-mail and word processing abilities, Excel, Microsoft Office & Outlook

WORK ENVIRONMENT : The setting for this position is an office / field hybrid.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS : The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be regularly met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
