WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT :
Lead the pre-construction planning and design of new facilities, including site selection, due diligence, and feasibility studies
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery
Manage relationships with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and franchisees
Manage change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is completed according to plans and specifications
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS :
Bachelors degree in a related field or experience in construction, consulting, and / or other similar roles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a high level of proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Proven ability to manage projects and balance multiple priorities
Self-motivated, with strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
