Construction Manager
We're seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Manager in Reno, NV to lead complex industrial and electrical projects. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind project executionensuring every phase runs smoothly, safely, and successfully. You'll collaborate across teams, manage resources, and serve as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a company vehicle and relocation assistance is provided! The expected annual salary range for this role is $93,750 - $137,500 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
What You'll Do :
- Lead full-cycle project deliveryfrom planning and budgeting to scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management
- Conduct thorough reviews of technical requirements, scope of work, and timelines during project handoff
- Leverage project management tools and software to track milestones, manage deliverables, and ensure on-site execution stays on course
- Facilitate and lead project meetings, maintaining clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders
- Coordinate Eaton's work around other trades to maximize efficiency and minimize disruption
- Manage project closeout activities including punch lists, issue resolution, warranty handoff, and transition to ownership
- Act as the primary on-site contact for all EESS-related activities throughout the project lifecycle
- Partner with District Operations to promote and enforce safety initiatives across all job sites
- Oversee financial performance through cost control, change order management, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with commercial operations, sales engineers, and technical support teams to align client expectations with project deliverables
- Implement strategic program-level changes and initiatives from the Strategic Operations team
- Mentor and guide team members, sharing expertise in project management and operational excellence to build team capability
