Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience managing construction projects, with a background in residential, commercial, or a mix of both . This role requires a bilingual, tech-savvy, highly organized, and flexible professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage multiple high-end renovation projects from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Utilize technology to track project progress, manage documents, and streamline communication.
- Conduct site visits, monitor quality control, and address project challenges proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, and industry standards.
- Coordinate material deliveries and subcontractor work to maintain project efficiency.
- Provide detailed reports and updates to clients and internal teams.
