Job Title : Construction Project Manager
Location : Framingham, MA
Salary : DOE, $100 to $150k base salary

About Company / Opportunity : We build and manage retail, convenience and fueling stations in nearly 40 states, many of them the stores you likely visit as part of your routine every week. We are a stable, established and growing company looking for leaders to take our projects and client experience to the next level.
Responsibilities : In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage construction projects in the retail, convenience and fuel station niche across the US. This includes management of the schedule, job scope, budget and stakeholder management, from permitting to final turnover.
Must-Have Skills :
- 10+ years of experience in construction management
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing retail, convenience or fuel station projects
- Comfortable traveling to project sites (up to 50% travel)
- Comfortable liaising with everyone on a job site, from corporate level down to laborer
Nice to Have Skills :
