Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Austin, Texas . This role is with a leading General Contractor specializing in ground-up industrial and retail construction projects across Central Texas. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from preconstruction through completion.
Responsibilities :
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to closeout
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance
- Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Review and process change orders, RFIs, and submittals
- Ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
