Summary

Will report to and assist the System Director of Planning and Design.

• Secure Purchase Orders for design consultants fees.
• Process invoices from design consultants for approval by System Director. Forward to Finance once approved.
• Update and manage the project management software for fees paid to consultants.
• Review projects status in Finance software and update as required.
• Download PDFs of consultants construction documents to Lee Health server and perform preliminary review of items required to be included in all submissions. Notify Design project manager of acceptable submissions that are available for design review.
• Request checks from Finance for AHCA review fees.
• In coordination with the System Director, record project information required for the Infection Control Risk Assessments and Safety Risk Assessments of each design project.
• Document programming information for design projects in coordination with the System Director.
