Our Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to the Field Operations Team and Project Manager by performing clerical and reporting tasks.
- Assist in preparing proposals for additional / extra work
- Produce controller charts for superintendents prior to final client inspections
- Manage and maintain extra work / change order logs to ensure that each is submitted and billed timely and appropriately
- Mange and maintain monthly billing submittals and corresponding logs
- Print or request new / updated construction plans for field use
- Order site furnishings for the field after returned approval submittals.
