Job Title : Construction Project Coordinator

Overview :

We are looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our team, focusing on commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and has a keen eye for detail, thriving in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management tasks, coordinating effectively between teams, and ensuring project documentation and execution are handled efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Assist project managers, superintendents, and field crews in developing and executing detailed project plans.
• Coordinate communication and material, equipment, and information requests between project management, field crews, subcontractors, and clients.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and tracking of material orders, creation of purchase orders, and maintenance of project documentation.
• Participate in project planning meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Manage submittal and close-out documentation, including tracking approvals, changes, and re-submissions.
• Oversee on-site rental equipment coordination and maintain updated documentation for change orders and RFIs.
