Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of projects, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Oversee project planning, execution, and closeout, coordinating efforts across field / office teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
- Lead procurement efforts, submittals, and RFI processes to support smooth project delivery.
- Provide strategic direction for mechanical scopes while maintaining oversight across civil and structural disciplines.
- Ensure full compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
- Collaborate with field / office teams, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials and labor resources.
- Proactively identify and resolve project issues to maintain momentum and avoid delays.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, meeting minutes, and budget tracking.
