Engineering Project Manager
Kelly Services is currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager for one of our top clients in Raynham, MA.
Lead project management activities to achieve new product development milestones from development through to launch for Visualization Tower project.
Including subprojects.
Related work tasks may include Project Plans updates, task monitoring and leading and driving cross-functional alignment, coordinating and leading team meetings, effectively communicating progress daily / weekly / monthly at varying levels of the org to satisfy as needed.
Develop timelines for planned and unplanned project scope and manage resource allocation.
Communicate project progress updates e.g project status, project risks, risks mitigation activities to project Sponsors and PMO.
Lead cross functional teams e.g R D, SC, Marketing, RA, DQ.. to develop project plans and drive completion of project activities to achieve project milestones.
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications Word, excel, PowerPoint and MS Project; experienced with Full Monte risk adjust software, ideal candidate would have had prior JnJ experience and be knowledgeable with systems such as but not limited to PDWare, Windchill, Compliance wire, Full Monte, etc
Create, maintain and drive Project Plan; review updates with Managers as requested
Maintain project plan and monitor resource allocation to support project deliverables.
Communicate needs and updates with Manager.
Conduct check-in sessions with project sponsor and manager Lead cross functional team meetings, facilitate team member discussions to align on project status and activities.
Ability to execute via standard software applications
Education :
Engineering degree preferred
Experience : 7-10
