Job descriptionCoordinate project activities and ensure all phases are completed efficiently Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Utilize project management software such as PROCORE to track project progress Collaborate with the construction team to ensure project milestones are met Estimate costs, prepare budgets, and monitor expenses. Assist with the bidding process. Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work. Prepare reports detailing project status and issues. Proficiency in project coordination and management Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately Experience with construction management software such as PROCORE, and Bluebeam. Construction : 10+ years (Required) Project Manager Highway & Street Construction : 5+ years (Required) Work Location : In person 10+ years of estimating experience and / or street, road, highway construction experience Holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills Exceptional computer skills Proficient in ProCore, MS Suite Certificates, License, Registrations : Valid Colorado Driver’s License with a safe driving record Ability to analyze problems and create solutions that add value to the client and the company 401(k) with a 2% match Company truck Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule : Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Education : Bachelor's (Required) Civil Engineering or Construction Management
