We specialize in large maintenance projects of the exterior envelope for apartments, condos, and townhomes at the community-wide level. We are looking to find the most talented people in the industry to help us grow from our current staff of 300 to 450 employees in the next 2-3 years. Position :
As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple community-wide projects from pre-construction to completion. You will work alongside your estimator and manage a large team of carpenters and painters.
Trades :
- Carpentry : Exterior trim, fascia, beams, posts
- Structural framing : Rebuilding staircases, footing, cantilever joists
- Reskin : Remove and replace siding at a large scale
- Painting : Exteriors
- Waterproofing : balconies, walkways, pool decks
