Job description
A company is looking for a Construction and Renovation Project Coordinator, responsible for managing the pre and post funding stages of residential construction and renovation loans. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for borrowers, contractors, builders, and inspectors throughout the loan and construction lifecycle Monitor and control the draw and disbursement processes, ensuring compliance and timely fund releases Collaborate with various teams to manage multiple files and improve procedural efficiency Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required Minimum of 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry is preferred Minimum of 2 years working with Construction and Renovation Loan programs is preferred Strong working knowledge of various mortgage loan products, including Conventional, VA, FHA, Jumbo, USDA, and DPA / Bond Exceptional computer skills and ability to adapt to change
