Commercial Construction Superintendent

Location : Albuquerque, New Mexico

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead our teams to success. As a Construction Management position, this role requires a blend of leadership, project management, and on-site skills.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on various commercial projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and communication throughout the construction process.
• Enforce safety protocols and standards, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members. OSHA 30 certification is mandatory.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, making necessary adjustments to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project logs.
