We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Construction Project Superintendent to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management, site supervision, and project coordination.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure all tasks align with project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor crews on-site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to specifications.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, architects, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and streamline workflows.
- Prepare and submit daily progress reports, logs, and documentation.
- Monitor and control project costs, labor, and materials to prevent overruns.
- Enforce and uphold OSHA safety standards and ensure all workers follow proper procedures.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and delays to keep projects on track.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient job site.
