Butterfly Staffing seeking highly skilled Superintendents to lead and oversee construction operations across the Mid-Atlantic Region. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary site representative, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with schedule, budget, and quality expectations. As the on-site leader, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Foremen, and Field Teams to uphold our core values and maintain seamless coordination between all stakeholders. Your expertise in water and wastewater treatment construction will be essential in delivering critical infrastructure that meets regulatory and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities, working alongside environmental engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to meet industry requirements.
• Manage project schedules, performance benchmarks, and compliance measures to ensure work is completed with precision and within regulatory guidelines.
• Direct and mentor on-site crews, subcontractors, and specialized consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Maintain detailed progress reports, communicate updates with stakeholders, and leverage data-driven insights for decision-making and project adjustments.
• Enforce the highest safety and environmental standards, implementing proactive measures to safeguard workers and the surrounding community.
• Oversee the allocation of specialized equipment, materials, and workforce to optimize efficiency and mitigate delays or budget overruns.
• Maintain exceptional site conditions, enforce safety protocols, and develop contingency strategies to address unexpected challenges effectively.
• Ensure all permits, inspections, and regulatory requirements are managed with diligence to maintain project integrity.
