The Construction Superintendent will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of our construction projects, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Job Details

Responsibilities :

1. Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation.

2. Allocate resources for assigned projects.

3. Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.

4. Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.

5. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications.

6. Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.

7. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.

8. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.

9. Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts, and obtain permits and licenses.

10. Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications :

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role.

2. Proven experience in project management and on-site supervision.

3. Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines.

4. Understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.

5. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.

6. Proficient in construction management systems and software.

7. Strong leadership and management skills.

8. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

9. Ability to communicate and report effectively.

10. Problem-solving abilities.

11. Good physical condition and stamina.

12. Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field is preferred.

13. Experience in constructing data centers, mission-critical, and K-16 facilities is a must.
