Salary : $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Avant Supported Living LLC is currently seeking dedicated Construction Laborer and Maintenance personnel to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of caring for and empowering individuals with developmental disabilities. Your work will contribute to creating safe and inclusive environments where individuals can thrive and achieve their potential.

Responsibilities :

• Use hand and power tools effectively.
• Perform carpentry tasks from rough to finish on buildings, frameworks, and trim.
• Communicate well with management, staff, and subcontractors.
• Clean work sites, load and unload materials, and complete inspections.
• Assist with small repair projects such as drywall repairs, flooring removal, painting, and outlet changes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Hours : 8 : 00am to 4 : 30pm, Monday to Friday
