We are currently seeking an Estimatorwith 3-5 years experienceCommercial construction experience is preferred and a positive, innovative, teamwork attitude is a must. Only qualified candidates in the construction industry will be considered.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred) or High School Diploma.
- Ability to meet tight estimating deadlines.
- Completeness and accuracy of estimates and budgets
- Ability to read and understand construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Understanding of commercial construction means and methods.
- Strong communication skills & leadership ability.
- Must be computer literate, preferring experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Beck Technology Destini Estimator (preferred) and other construction related estimating software.
