Job Description
Targeted Annual Pay Range : Minimum of $100,000.00 to a maximum of $115,000.00

POSITION PURPOSE : Support the delivery of ESCO construction projects for the Sacramento office.
PRIMARY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute the project plan as laid out by the Project Manager, ensure compliance with the schedule, plans and specifications
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure customer satisfaction
- Act as onsite project lead, communicate and coordinate all installation efforts with customer / building tenants
- Supervise and coordinate all construction activities including material requests and acceptance
- Develop and maintain a Quality Control Plan to ensure quality of installation and cleanliness of work areas prior to customer occupation.
- Develop and maintain daily and weekly look ahead schedules to ensure adherence to the project schedule
- Create site specific plans and procedures; ensures the implementation of Veolia’s Safety Program to create a safe work environment throughout the jobsite; adhere to the safety and record keeping requirements; integrate Safety Program in all site specific plans and procedures to ensure a safe work environment; adhere to all safety and record keeping requirements
- Obtain necessary information from engineers, designers, inspectors, governmental authorities and owners
- Advise Project Manager of potential problems, work interferences or schedule difficulties while assisting in circumventing / resolving such conflicts; anticipate and resolve project issues and schedule difficulties
- Maintain the project’s Daily Report log, and conduct routine inspections to verify production.
- Maintain accurate and up to date drawings and project records
- Other duties as assigned.
