ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist with comprehensive compensation strategies, policies, and programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
- Serve as a compensation strategist with internal Client groups consulting on emerging compensation trends, industry best practice, and internal resources.
- Conduct market research and analysis to benchmark compensation practices and ensure competitiveness.
- Execute on compensation initiatives such as job studies, short- and long-term incentive compensation, and job architecture.
- Inform internal client groups on compensation trends, legal requirements, and innovative tools to enhance the existing partnership.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on compensation matters, including offer negotiations, promotions, and salary adjustments.
- Assist with and deliver training programs and resources to educate managers and employees on compensation philosophy, practices, and policies.
- Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
- Analyze data, ensuring accuracy, and prepare reports that can be used to inform compensation decisions.
- Assist with preparation of required reporting and disclosures as it relates to regulatory compliance requirements.
- Partner with leaders to ensure pay equity and consult on remediation plans when necessary.
- Create and maintain tools for HRBPs and Talent Acquisition, as well as prioritize HR system updates in an effort to operationalize compensation programs.
